Founded by Rachel Frederick, PA-C, an experienced physician assistant and mom, VirtualMed Iowa makes it easier for busy parents to access quality healthcare without the hassle of clinic visits. Rachel has over 12 years of experience in pediatrics, acute care, and family medicine, where she values building long-term relationships with patients.

At VirtualMed Iowa, we help with everyday health concerns—coughs, colds, constipation, sleep, lactation, and more. Patients can also receive care for lactation, contraceptive needs, and acute illnesses without multiple specialist visits.

For kids, we provide a reliable alternative when PCP appointments aren’t available, ensuring continuity of care. College students can also receive consistent support, no matter where they are.
